• 1.สามารถรับบัตรที่ให้สิทธิ์เข้าใช้บริการห้องรับรองพิเศษฟรีได้อย่างไร?

  
  ไปที่เว็บไซต์ https://ktc.dragonpass.com และกรอกหมายเลขบัตรเคทีซี 16 หลักของคุณเพื่อตรวจสอบสิทธิ์ หากคุณได้ทำการใช้จ่ายตามกำหนด คุณจะถูกนำไปยังหน้าการแลกรางวัล เมื่อคุณกรอกข้อมูลที่จำเป็นเรียบร้อยแล้ว คุณจะได้รับบัตรเข้าใช้บริการห้องรับรองพิเศษฟรีผ่านทาง SMS และอีเมล

• 3.ต้องใช้จ่ายเท่าไหร่เพื่อรับบัตรที่ให้สิทธิ์เข้าใช้บริการห้องรับรองพิเศษหนึ่งใบ?

  
  ผู้ถือบัตรที่ใช้จ่ายครบ 30,000 บาท ในต่างประเทศภายในระยะเวลาแคมเปญ จะได้รับสิทธิ์เข้าใช้บริการห้องรับรองพิเศษหนึ่ง (1) ใบ สามารถแลกรับได้สูงสุดหนึ่ง (1) ใบต่อบัตรฯ ตลอดระยะเวลาแคมเปญ:
  
      ● ชื่อเต็มภาษาอังกฤษตามหนังสือเดินทาง
  โปรดทราบว่าบัตรเข้าใช้บริการห้องรับรองพิเศษในแต่ละช่วงแคมเปญมีจำนวนจำกัด การแลกรางวัลจึงจะเป็นไปตามลำดับก่อนหลัง

• 4.มีจำนวนสิทธิทั้งหมดเท่าไหร่

  
  มีจำนวนสิทธิทั้งสิ้น 4,500 สิทธิ เมื่อได้รับสิทธิแล้วสามารถนำบัตรเข้าใช้บริการห้องรับรองพิเศษในสนามบินเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นสิทธิอื่นได้

• 6.หากใช้จ่ายครบตามเงื่อนไขแล้ว สามารถแลกรับบัตรเข้าใช้บริการห้องรับรองได้เมื่อไหร่?

  
  กรุณารอประมาณ 5 วันทำการนับจากวันที่คุณใช้จ่ายตามกำหนด ก่อนทำการรับสิทธิ์บัตรเข้าใช้บริการห้องรับรองพิเศษ เนื่องจากอาจใช้เวลา 2 ถึง 3 วันเพื่อทำการดำเนินการยอดชำระเงินของคุณ โดยกำหนดวันสุดท้ายที่สามารถรับสิทธิ์คือวันที่ 8 กรกฎาคม 2567

• 7.การแลกรับบัตรเข้าใช้บริการห้องรับรองต้องใช้ข้อมูลอะไรบ้าง?

  ข้อมูลที่จำเป็นเป็นได้แก่:
      ● หมายเลขบัตรเคทีซี 16 หลัก
      ● ชื่อเต็มภาษาอังกฤษตามที่แสดงในหนังสือเดินทาง
      ● อีเมล
      ● เบอร์มือถือ

• 8.สามารถเข้าใช้ห้องรับรองผ่าน DragonPass ได้อย่างไร

  
  สามารถเข้าใช้ได้ง่าย ๆ เพียงแสดงบัตรเข้าใช้บริการห้องรับรองแบบดิจิทัลของคุณต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ห้องรับรอง

• 9.สามารถใช้บัตรเข้าใช้บริการห้องรับรองได้ที่ไหนบ้าง?

  
  คุณสามารถเข้าใช้ห้องรับรองใดก็ได้ภายในเครือข่ายทั่วโลกของ DragonPass เว้นแต่จะระบุไว้ คุณสามารถดูรายชื่อห้องรับรองในสนามบินที่ร่วมรายการได้ที่เว็บไซต์ https://ktc.dragonpass.com หรือคลิกลิงก์ที่ด้านล่างของบัตรเข้าใช้บริการห้องรับรองของคุณ

• 10.บัตรเข้าใช้บริการห้องรับรองสามารถใช้ได้ถึงเมื่อไหร่?

  
  คุณสามารถเข้าใช้ห้องรับรองใดก็ได้ภายในเครือข่ายทั่วโลกของ DragonPass เว้นแต่จะระบุไว้ คุณสามารถดูรายชื่อห้องรับรองในสนามบินที่ร่วมรายการได้ที่เว็บไซต์ https://ktc.dragonpass.com หรือคลิกลิงก์ที่ด้านล่างของบัตรเข้าใช้บริการห้องรับรองของคุณ

• 11.สามารถโอนบัตรเข้าใช้บริการห้องรับรองให้ผู้อื่นได้หรือไม่?

  
  ไม่สามารถทำการโอนบัตรให้ผู้อื่นได้

• 12.สามารถพาผู้ติดตามไปที่ห้องรับรองในสนามบินได้หรือไม่?

  
  ผู้ที่มีสิทธิ์ใช้บัตรเข้าใช้บริการห้องรับรอง คือ ผู้ถือบัตรที่มียอดใช้จ่ายครบตามที่กำหนดเท่านั้น
  โดยผู้ติดตามสามารถซื้อบัตรผ่านแบบวอล์กอินได้ที่เลานจ์โดยตรง

• 13.สิทธิประโยชน์ตามรายการนี้ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยน หรือทอนเป็นเงินสด หรือโอนสิทธิ์ให้แก่ผู้อื่นได้

• 14.สงวนสิทธิ์ในการมอบสิทธิประโยชน์ตามรายการนี้ เฉพาะสมาชิกที่มีสถานภาพบัญชีเป็นปกติ และไม่มีประวัติการผิดนัดชำระหนี้ตลอดระยะเวลารายการ จนถึงวันที่  เคทีซีทำการมอบสิทธิประโยชน์ โดยยึดข้อมูลของเคทีซีเป็นสำคัญ

• 15.สงวนสิทธิ์ในการมอบ ยกเลิก เพิกถอน หรือเรียกคืนสิทธิประโยชน์ตามรายการนี้  ไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน รวมทั้งเรียกให้ชดใช้ค่าเสียหาย (ถ้ามี) หากมีการใช้สิทธิ์เข้าร่วมรายการ โดยไม่สุจริต ทุจริต หรือฉ้อฉล เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งสิทธิประโยชน์ในรายการนี้ หรือใช้บัตรฯ เพื่อธุรกิจทางการค้าเชิงพาณิชย์ ใช้บัตรฯ  ผิดเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด หรือผิดวัตถุประสงค์ของการใช้เพื่อการบริโภค หรือสมาชิกยกเลิกรายการใช้จ่ายภายหลังจากเคทีซีได้มอบสิทธิประโยชน์ให้แก่สมาชิกไปแล้ว

• 16.สงวนสิทธิ์ไม่นำดอกเบี้ย ค่าปรับ ค่าธรรมเนียมต่างๆ และรายการที่ยกเลิกการซื้อสินค้า/บริการ หรือเงินคืนที่เกิดจากการ Refund ทุกประเภท มาคำนวณเพื่อมอบสิทธิประโยชน์ให้แก่สมาชิกตามรายการนี้

• 17. เงื่อนไขอื่นๆ ที่ไม่ได้กำหนดในรายการนี้ให้เป็นไปตามที่ร้านค้า/ผู้ขายสินค้า/ผู้ให้บริการกำหนด โปรดตรวจสอบเงื่อนไขก่อนการซื้อสินค้า/บริการ

• 18.เคทีซีไม่ใช่ผู้ผลิต ผู้จัดจำหน่าย หรือผู้ให้บริการ และไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องใดๆ เกี่ยวกับสินค้า/บริการตามรายการนี้ กรณีสมาชิกมีข้อสงสัยหรือข้อร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับสินค้า/บริการ หรือต้องการใบเสร็จหรือใบกำกับภาษี กรุณาติดต่อโดยตรงกับผู้ผลิต ผู้จำหน่าย และ/หรือเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์ หรือบริการนั้นๆ

• 1.How can I receive my complimentary lounge pass?

  
  Visit https://ktc.dragonpass.com and enter your 16-digit KTC card number to check eligibility. If you have met the spend criteria, you will be directed to a redemption page. Once you complete and submit the required information, you will receive your complimentary lounge pass via SMS and email.

• 2.Who is eligible for this program?

  
  KTC VISA INFINITE / KTC X VISA SIGNATURE / KTC X BANGKOK AIRWAYS VISA SIGNATURE / KTC SIGNATURE / KTC BANGKOK AIRWAYS VISA SIGNATURE and KTC VEJTHANI HOSPITAL VISA SIGNATURE cardholders

• 3.What is the spend criteria to qualify for one lounge pass?

  
  Cardholders who spends THB 30,000 overseas within the campaign period will be eligible for one (1) lounge pass. There is a maximum of one (1) redemption per card per campaign period:
  
      ● 1st April 2024 – 30th June 2024
  As there are limited lounge passes in each campaign period, do note that the redemption is on a first-come-first-served basis.

• 4.How many lounge passes are available?

  
  There are 4,500 lounge passes available. Once they have been claimed there are no alternatives even if it’s before the end of the campaign period or last date to claim.

• 5.Will my overseas spend count regardless of which country I spend on my Visa card?

  
  No, the below countries are not included in this campaign, meaning any spend on our eligible Visa card in these countries will not count towards your qualifying spend.

• 6.I have met the spend criteria, when can I redeem for a lounge pass?

  
  Please allow up to 5 working days from date of when you met the spend until you try and redeem your lounge pass as it may take a few days to settle your spend. Last day to claim for a lounge pass is 8th July 2024.

• 7.What information is required to redeem for a lounge pass?

  
  The required information is per below:
  
      ● 16-digit KTC card number
  
      ● Full English name as shown in passport

      ● Mobile number
  

• 8.How can I access the DragonPass airport lounge?

  
  Simply present your digital lounge pass to the lounge staff for an entry verification.

• 9.Where can I use the lounge pass?

  
  You can access any lounge within the DragonPass global network unless otherwise stated. You can find a list of participating airport lounges on https://ktc.dragonpass.com or click on the link at the bottom of your lounge pass

• 10.What is the validity date of my lounge pass?

  
  Your lounge pass will be valid until 3rd January 2025.

• 12.Can I bring guest to the airport lounge?

  
  The lounge pass is only for the cardholder who has met the required spend. For accompanying guests, they can purchase a walk-in pass at the lounge directly.

• 13.Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.

• 14.Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.

• 15.KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.

• 16.KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.

• 17.Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.

• 18.KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
